Anchor Application

For applications requiring high pull out resistance, or for fastening to poor quality base materials, JV High Security Insulation Retaining Anchors are recommended.

JV High Security Insulation Retaining anchors feature an expansion pin, driven into the stem of the anchor to expand the stem and provided a high pull out resistance. The drill diameter required for the stem is 10mm (3/8").

JV High Security Insulation Retaining Anchors also feature a 70mm (2 3/4") diameter head to provide a high pull over resistance. These anchors are also highly recommended for systems using applied finishes. The head features key holes and a rough surface to assist in bonding of the finish to the insulation beneath.
